Information
When you inquire, we collect your name, email, phone number, city, country, singing experience, goals, preferred plan, and device time zone. We also record your agreement to be contacted. Please avoid including sensitive health information in the form.
Purpose
Rebelle uses your inquiry to contact you, arrange an assessment call, suggest a lesson plan, and manage your lessons. Your inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell your information.
Website
We store page visits, timestamps, IP address, approximate location, browser information, referring pages, campaign parameters (UTMs), and ad click identifiers in Supabase. Session identifiers connect visits to an inquiry and preserve the first and latest source during your visit. Referrer query strings and unrelated URL parameters are removed. With analytics consent, a first-source identifier can be kept in your browser for up to 90 days. With advertising consent, Google Ads receives successful inquiry events and may receive one-way hashes of your email and an internationally formatted phone number for enhanced conversion matching. Your singing goals and other form answers are not sent to Google. Optional Google tags stay off until you allow analytics or advertising measurement.
Providers
Vercel hosts this website. When connected, Supabase stores inquiry and account data, and Resend delivers studio emails. Stripe processes payments if you later purchase through an enabled payment link. Playing a music video loads YouTube, which applies its own privacy policy. External links, including Spotify and Instagram, take you to services with their own policies.
Location
We may suggest a US city using approximate IP-based location supplied by Vercel. If that is unavailable and a public visitor IP is provided, we may send that IP to ipwho.is for an approximate city lookup. This does not use your device’s precise GPS location, and you can change the suggested city. City names you type are sent through our website to Photon, a search service using OpenStreetMap data, to show matching US cities. Your name, email, phone number, and singing goals are not sent with city searches.
Control
Contact info.rebellemusic@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask Rebelle to stop contacting you. Use Privacy choices on the website to allow or decline optional Google measurement or change your choice at any time. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. You can also manage or block cookies through your browser. Information is kept as needed to respond to inquiries and manage the student relationship, and may be retained where required for business records.
